We will collect you at your accommodation in Killarney and travel to the Dingle Peninsula where our first stop will be Inch Beach. We will drive along the cliff road to Dingle passing Annascaul village, the home of the Arctic explorer Tom Crean. We will pass through Dingle town and head west along the ruggest coast road with its spectacular ocean views. We will visit the Beehive Huts which are early christian settlements dating back to the 6th Century.
We will then stop at Slea Head from where you can see the Blasket Islands. This is the most westerly point in Ireland …next parish is America. We will progress to Gallarus Oratory which is an old Irish monastic church dating back to the 6th Century.
